The Wheel of Life Exercise - A Great Tool for Finding Clarity

Screenshot or print the image of the wheel and in a quiet space without interruption, do the following:
  1. Take a few deep breaths to relax and let go of any distractions
  2. In each slice of the wheel, the numbers 1-10 (10 being perfect or extraordinary), rate your satisfaction today in that area of your life
  3. Complete step 2 for all areas
 
Ask yourself these questions:
  • What is one area of my life that if improved, would make other areas better?
  • If I’m at a 4, 5, 6, or 7 today, what would it take to move up 1 or 2 circles?
  • What is something I can do today to move in that direction?

  • What would it feel like to be a 10 in the category you worked on above?
  • What would your life feel like, if someday you were perfect or extraordinary in all 8 areas?
